Queenie started practicing yoga in early 2011 after the passing of a loved one. The yoga practice was meant to keep herself distracted, but she realize that yoga gives her more than what she expected. It heals the mind, balances the body, and brings health from within. Queenie gained strong interest along the way and started a 200hrs teachers training course in India back in 2012. It has been an amazing journey and she deepen her practice at Hom Yoga when she is back to Singapore. In 2013, Queenie decided to go back to India for her 300 hours teachers training course. Queenie started teaching yoga on a freelance basis after graduating from her 200 hours program. She always enjoyed communicating and sharing her knowledge in yoga.
