Pilates Instructor – Lyn

Sparked by a motivation to correct my posture and alleviate lower back pain, I embarked on Pilates in 2011 and discovered the various benefits of Pilates such as postural improvement, increase in awareness and core strengthening. In 2012 I attended the Polestar Pilates™ Mat instructor course and since then started my Pilates teaching career with private clients and freelancing in various gyms/clubs. I am a strong advocate of Joseph Pilates’s philosophy that “Physical fitness is the first requisite of happiness” and it gives me great pleasure when my clients improve and gain better mobility and awareness of their movements, leading to an improved quality in life.
